whenever i drive on the expressway, i set the cruse for 73 and take it easy...but the last trip home i took, there was this mini-van that would pace me alongside in the left lane. i was in the right lane, and i hate it when people pace me, so when there was no one ahead of me, so i give it some gas to leave a gap, and then go back to cruising. This woman speeds up, gets along side again, and then proceeds to pace me once again! this went on four or five times until I finally pulled off, waited about five minutes and then went back to driving.
on another note, in Illinois, we have a new law that a person can get pulled over/ticketed for obsructing traffic in the left lane. if someone wants to pass, the slower person must move right and let the other pass...it has helped things a lot!

But the weird thing is, I'm always so happy to be out in the Vette, that my frame of mind is completely different. The ONLY thing I can't tolerate are people who feel the need to ride my **** so close they can see the color of my eyes..

Yeah, you run into these kind of drivers everywhere, or maybe they run into you and that's what's going on out there! They want a this and many times are looking for you to jack the car or kill you for afew bucks. If you look at them the wrong way they put a gun, because these people have no respect for life. The best thing is just get away from them calm down, because this is just a speed bump in life and hopefully you keep it that way. A month from now it's hard to even remember it and it just don't matter. The older you get (and you want to keep getting that way) it doesn't matter you don't want to be a another person on the 6 o'clock news. :nonod:
