Default Getting a code 36 "Help"

Here's a new code I've never seen before.

Brief history on repairs: I've replaced my MAF in the past after getting a code 34. It corrected my idle surges 2 years ago.

Today I go start up the beast and it's hard to keep idling plus the check engine lite is on. Smells like it's running rich. I limp it home, check for codes and come up with 36. My shop manual says to check power relay & burn off relay. Unfortunately there isn't info on where these relays are located on my 86. Also I am looking for my fuel pump relay.

Anyone know where these relays are hiding under my nose? I stopped by a local auto parts store to get the relays so I would at least know what they look like. The zit faced kid working the counter didn't have a clue what I was talking about. About as helpful as my golden retriever.

Are these relays dealer only parts?

Any advice would be much appreciated...

Check the firewall behind the battery for the MAF and Burn-off relay's. Not sure about the fuel pump relay.
