LOOK WHAT I FOUND
I was detailing the 94 Vert and I couldn't believe my eyes :hurray: .
The armrests have a side pocket in them, under the black trim...I thought they were a little lose but No! :lolg: :lolg: :lolg:

Not to hi-jack the tread, but I found something new the other day, the dimmer switch for the interior lights is only functional when the headlights are on. Turn the headlights off and the dimmer no longer dimmms :shocked:

SSSHHHHHHHHHhhhhhhhhh! Don't tell anyone - That should be a Vette owner secret.
Seriously - I work at a large Govt facility and the security folks that inspect the cars often look everywhere else but have never known to look in the armrests. I hear that they required a guy to open his ASR - Proportioner hatch cover behind the drivers seat when security blitz was going on after 9/11.
They are handy place to store garge door opener etc.

I just went outside at midnight to see what you guys were talkin about. Thats good stuff... .i could use that extra storage space considering I was use to my 91 which had a buttload more
In my 91 I had, 2 rear compartment bins, the right on you pull out the bin and u have a big space to put stuff, the console, and it had the glove box...
The 96, all it has is one rear bin, and the console..... the doorpanel spots are nice addition

It is neat to find that sorta thing.
I found the turn signal tone alert by accident (not in one).... The headlite chime will sound if you forget to cancel the signal! :cool:
