A lady that works for me gave me a corvette clock for my birthday :smash: Every hour, on the hour, it makes a reving or burn-out sound of the vette that is shown in that hour's spot. 1, 2 and 3 o'clock are C1's, 4 and 5 are C2's, 6 and 7 are C3's, 8 is a C4 and 9, 10, 11 and 12 are C5's. Now that's descrimination! Funny thing is, all the C5's look pretty much the same, one's a FRC. They could have put at least 2 C4's on there :mad Oh well, it's still better than anyone else's clock in our office :yesnod:
I have that clock too.. The only time it's proven to be a pain is A. when I'm watching a movie, and during a quiet scene VAROOOOOOOOMMM VAROOOOOOOMMMM, or B. When I'm on the phone trying to sound serious with someone and VAROOMMMMMMMMM SCREEEEEEEEECHHHHH VROOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMM......
I bought 2 for Christmas one for my room and the other for our Vette Club
drawing at our party. Everyone was after the clock. I was sure that other
members would bring the same clock, but mine was the only one available.
:D
If you go back to Christmas day of 2003 there was a thread on how many forum members got this clock for Christmas. You would not believe how many clocks sold this Christmas  The nice feature is the light senser that turns off the sound when the lights are off. Oh....... I did happen to recieve this clock for Christmas also. :D

That's when I got mine - I opened the package to see the clock staring back at me and thought it was one of the best presents I got!! But your right, so many of those were given as gifts, the person at the clock factory must have thought THE SKY WAS FALLING!
