Which creates more air disturbance inside the cockpit of a C4. I am sure someone has both and can tell me which is more windy. One of us says vert since the wind keeps hitting you in the back of the head and the other says the coupe because the air gets trapped in the hatch and hits you in the back of the head.
Vert with the top and windows down
or
Coupe with the top out and windows down

Re: Vert or Coupe?? (BrianandDenise)
Vert's far more windy dude. I drive around with the top down in my coupe and it's really not that windy at all cuz the hatch traps the wind but it disperses it before it gets thrown back at you. In a vert you get a constant blasting from the wind from all directions except the front of course.
I have owned both, and I will tell you, The vert is much quieter at highway speed with the top down, compared to a coupe with the top out. You just dont get the tuburance with the vert like you do a coupe. If you own a coupe now, go to a used car lot or take a ride in one somewhere and see for yourself.
I couldn't agree more. Nothing like driving aorund on a beautiful day topless!
Who cares about the wind! Enjoy life and the great outdoors!!!!!!!!! :steering:
Go vert - you won't be disappointed!

You can significantly cut down on a coupes turbulence by adding the mirror deflectors that come with a vert

:iagree: Vert is the only way to go, especially in the upper Midwest where we get only a few months of warm summer days. :auto:
