Am I the only person in this forum with the interior upgrade kit--made of fiberglass---actually I dropped a bunch of money into designing this kit to meet my personal needs, Does anyone have pics of their interior...Don't call me crazy for doing this conversion--because Its actually looking VERY Good!!--the only thing I see that I'm not happy with is, the middle shift plate covers over top of the door with cup inserts. Thanks :lurk:

its actually on their website under c4, http://www.c5west.com and you'll see an option for interior upgrade kit. Lots of people talk bad of his products and attitude, me personally-I haven't had any problems..I've bought ALOT of parts from him...I'd love to post my own pics--but my kit is not fully installed just yet, my car has been in a body shop for about 5.5 months and now in several mechanics shops being restored to new again...But I will be posting pics for sure.....I had my parts painted a shelby gto silver color and the ac vents are a the u79 yellow to match my vette and yellow leather seats and whole bunch of other yellow trim throughout car.....I bought c5wests kit and had the body shop prepare most of the parts for me, so all I gotta do is drop in them in the car---I love the look of them, especially the new door panels and door sills..

No, take that back...don't look at c5west's pictures for the interior kit,,,his pics suck....nasty looking examples....Mine will look more custom that those poor excuses for vettes... :cool:

My understanding is his parts are a little rough but he does have the cheapest prices. I have been working with fiberglass parts most of my life and never had a true bolt on piece. You always have to fit it. Sounds like your car is coming along. Post pics when your done. I like seeing people do something more than just ordinary with there cars. :thumbs:

I have only seen the pics on his web site but have used C5-west products and they are not quality parts. The finish and fit on the C5 upgrade kit I bought sucked. It took me over a month to get the parts to fit corectly and forget about the finish. After many hours of labor I got the Kit to look like it should have been delivered in the first place. I hope the interior kit fits better then the body kit they made their name with. I totaled the car about a year ago and sold the kit to another forum member but here is a pic of the finished product, I wish I would have taken a few shots of how the panels where delivered and how the front and rear bumper wouldn't even bolt up when I first got them. The "Kit" they send for ataching the panels is a compleate joke. It is tubes of two part epoxy "Same crap they sell at Wal-mart for $2.50" Of course I tossed that it the trash and bought the correct automotive grade epoxy before I mounted the panels.

that kit is hideous. if you want to waste your money, send it this way, but don't go buy something like that. it's almost like you're mad at your car

My exterior is yellow, So far I have about $29 k into this car--I'll be doing the engine soon....interior is black/yellow trim throughout. And all the fiberglass parts are shelby gt silver, I had all those parts custom formed by a shop, so that the ac ports are blended into dash, I don't have any pics yet....REAl soon I will....I've been focusing on the performance also....I don't think it was a big loss of money for the interior...but If I'd do it over again...I probably wouldn't, because of all the extra money to get this prepped, painted and of course fitted properly--cause none of their fiberglass parts are ever correct...I have a ton of upgrades...just read my profile...sorry no pics...ask me for exterior pics..if you want...thanks
