your local chevy dealer should have the entire set of wheel lock keys to remove the locks on your vette.
since your key is missing, you'll either need to buy a new kit (about $25-$30), or just put regular lug nuts in place of the old wheel locks.

I didn't have the regular socket that came with my car for the lug nuts. I had the lock nut socket. I tried the forum, but no one had an extra. I contacted Jason at vette2vette and he got me an original for $10.00 shipped.

Check in your owners manual or any other paperwork you got with the Vette. Look for a 2"x3" card or medium size plastic baggie with a wheel lock number (about 8-10 digits). That is the code for the wheel lock, to make buying a replacement easier.
