Alternative Uses for Vette Part
I was inprocess of building a paver brick walk-way in my back yard the other day. I got home from the builder's store with 60, fourty pound pavers and 25 bags of sand.
I really didn't want to hand carry all 3000 pounds of material to the backyard and I couldn't get my truck any closer so I started looking for an easier way.
I didn't have a real wheelbarrow and I was about to just start carrying the materials when I saw the spare tire cover from my vette. Hmmm? flat and strong with two holes. I grabbed a tie down strap and hooked both hooks to the cover and looped the middle around my garden tractor. Instant skid!
It took a few trips but it worked like a charm, and I didn't have to carry them
After moving all the material, I put the spare tire cover back in the garage, none worse for the wear.
It just goes to show you, if you want a job done, give it to a lazy person.

Right now i am doing a case mod to my computer and adding the gas door emblem from a C4 (got it for christmas 3 years ago and never installed it on the car). Pics will follow in the upcomign weekend once its done. It should look awesome. The first C4 computer
