Chrome plated wheels
Hi,
I am looking for the chrome plated version of my original wheels on my 86 Coupe.
As I am living in the Netherlands, it's quite difficult for me to find a reliable company in the US, as I can only base myself on their website. And I lost money already by dealing with the wrong people on the net.
Can some of you give me a good address where I can buy chrome plated 86-wheels? I have a delivery address in the US, so it is not necessary to have them shipped international.
Btw, I found one so far http://www.vettewheel.com/ . Can anyone tell me whether this one is any good?

I bought mine from Mike at Corvette Wheel Specialists.
Honest, upfront kind of guy.
Also, his wheels have a 3 year chrome warranty, unlike most 1 year.

Personally I'd get a good set of wheels first then have them plated.
These fellas don't sell wheels...

But they do fab work and use a mutiplating process that is durable and show quality...
I'm having these guys do the wheels for my vert (they did good work on my other 4 sets for other cars over the years)
But you're over the water ain't ya Buddy... probably wouldn't be worthwhile for you.
