The TV cable will be on the throttle linkage. It will have a "D" shaped button on the side of it and "barbs" or "ribs" where the cable goes through the adjuster.

To adjust, push in the "D" shaped button and pull on the cable sheath at the same time. After you get the sheathing pulled back release the button, get in the car and push the accelerator pedal to the floor (engine off of course). You should hear the adjuster ratchet to the point where it is supposed to be.

Test drive and see if the shifts are to your liking. You can fine tune the adjustment by holding the throttle linkage wide open with one hand and pushing down on the exposed end of the TV cable with the other. Don't go more than 2 or 3 clicks beyond the "Auto" adjustment you did with the throttle pedal.

Hope this helps.

Mike.
