Default Dash Cluster question

I don't know how best to describe what I'm seeing on my Dash Cluster so I'll give it my best try. When I start my 87 up the dash cluster lights seem to ..oh I dont know ... flutter as the engine rpms change as she warms up.
She runs fine, put a new battery in last week and she is at 13.2v so I am not sure if this an early warning of a Cluster crap out or this is normal.
It is not as noticeable by day as it is by night for obvious reasons. Any thoughts???? Thanks!!!

Well 13.2 Vdc is a little low just after startup, maybe you have an issue with the battery cables, the alt cable or the alt. I'd check these before getting into the dash area.

The problem could also be in the dash ground, either at the dash or on the engine ground point.

My vote is with the ground. Make sure that ground at the engine is good. Clean and tight.

Then, if that doesn't do it time to fix the dash.
