Default Seat Lumbar problem, is something missing?

So I was thinking that the pump diapram was ripped beacuse the pump was running but there was no inflation. I take off the seat and find this...
Driver side seat
Pass seat

Notice the hose on the driverseat that is just sitting there off to the side. This little guy has suction or pressure if need be to inflate the driverside. My question is where does it go. It looks like I should have a little box like on the driver seat to plug it into but there isnt one. Where does he go or is something missing?

Connected below, are you refering to the distblock looking thing on the left hand side of the seat w/ all the small hoses on it? I tried to hook it up there and it just poped off as soon as the pump turned on. The driver side dosent have the box on the top right hand side of the frame which is where it looks like that hose connects to, but it also dosent have the wiring harness to plug it in either.
