if its the original good luck. I would take a picture of the pattern and send it to a vette salvage company and see if they can match it up. I had to have it cut off.
i would throw a pic up here.... maybe someone would be willing to send you thiers if you pay shipping both ways to you and to return it.... i just got my corvette last month and two of the keyed nuts are broken anyway , so im not using it, however i don't know if its origional or changed during any year.... i would want it back but if you payed shipping i would be willing to send it to you and you can send it back, then at least you can get regular nuts on there...
my cxar is an 85 ...

Take it to a good tire shop. They have a tool to remove them. But the locks will be ruined when they get them off. Don't ask how I know this. Your luck finding someone else that has a key like yours will be challenging.
I lost one, a couple a years ago. Just get a long socket that is a little smaller than the lock. Then beat it on with a hammer, and you will be able to unscrew with the socket wrech. Just becareful not to miss and hit the wheel with the hammer.
Happened to me with my 87. Went to a tire shop, they split the nut, then I went to an auto store and bought a chromed, keyed set for $20. Looked darned nice, too.
Most shops just force a socket of a smaller size on (usually with a hammer) and then they can remove the lock nut. Be advised you will need a new locking nut.

I have done this before too the smaller socket works perfect, just remember to use a craftsman or similar (lifetime warranty) socket so when it is ruined you can just trade it in for a new one
Oh boy, I have been there and done that. Damn shop put my lugs on at 150 lbs... Stripped my factory lugs and tool and then wouldn't pay for any of it!!!! Imagine that!!! Anyway there is a toolkit made of "soft" sockets that actually grab the lug and get it off. I had this done and thankfully they all came off easy. The trick is to use an air gun and to
use little bursts to get the lug to move. As long as they are not tightened
too much, you'll be okay...
Bingo! This is the correct answer. Your local Chevy dealer will (or damn well should) have the full set of wheel lock keys. Then get yourself another set w/key (about $26), or just put in another regular lug nut. Not a problem. Good luck!

Some good ideas to get it off here. If you want to get one check with vette2vette. I got one there. It was 10 bucks and that included shipping. You should have 2 of them one for the locks and one for the standard lug nuts, check your manual. Good luck!

If you are as lucky as I was you will still have the Amcor wheel lock nut identification card (my card was still with the owners manual). You can order a new locking lug nut remover on there website.
