Door locks on '91 Vacuum?

Default Door locks on '91 Vacuum?
Hey,

My door locks seem to actuate, but never open. Doesn't seem to pull the door locks at all.

Anyone have any ideas?

Warren Selonoid he's the bad guy here.
The actuators are electric. To find the problem the door panels have to come off.
