noise on takeoff

noise on takeoff
I have a 92 convertable when I get in the car and pull forward I hear a noise thet sounds just like a tire rubbing the fender. It only happens when I leave from somewhere. meaning it does not happen when I takeoff from a light or anyother time. Seems kind of strange can any one help here.
