'89 steering wheel emblem

'89 steering wheel emblem
Anyone know if I can buy the emblem that should be in the center of my steering wheel horn button. Well... at least I think there should be an emblem with the two flags that goes in the middle of the horn button. My horn button is all black with the raised corvette emblem, but no flags in the middle. Everytime I see a picture of the interior of a C4 there appears to be the colorful two flags. Hope this is not a dumb question, I've only had my red '89 for a couple of weeks now.
