Unfortunately that manes there is somethign wrogn with yoru headlight motor probably.
Is it still making a noise, or not even engaging or starting to move at all.
They do not have seperate fuses by the way. You coudl also check the wiring , make sure nothing got torn or disconnected.

but they DO have seperate relays, and the relays are particularly unreliable
first step in troubleshooting is to swap the left and right relays and see if the problem comes up on the other side

The relays are located on the left side on the inner fender well. My right headlight had the same problem. I checked my relays and they both were og. It ended up being my headlight motor. I had to purchase a pair from Ebay to replace it. Works fine now. I have an extra one if you need one.
