Broken Targa bolt HELP!

Broken Targa bolt HELP!
I attempted to take the top off the other day but when I got to the drivers side rear bolt, it would turn but never come out? I can tighten the bolt. Any help would great.

Did it come out partway, but not all the way? The threads are recessed pretty far in, and the bolt won't necessarily come out all the way just by unscrewing it. In fact, on mine, I unscrew em past the threads, leave em in there, and they come out with the top. And, then I don't have loose bolts rattling around.

After you get the other three bolts out see if you raise the front a little & have someone pull the top forward to put some pressure on the bolt head.
