C4's kicked butt yet again at Raceway Park, Ralph won the brackets in his black '85 and Mike Mitchell won the Vette Doctors Pro 8 Shootout in his awesome black C4.

Thanks Frank. I enjoyed those VERY much. I watched that 8.59/142.34mph run like 10 times. OMG! That Vert is all screaming bloody murder while that Mike Mitchell dudes Vette just roaringly spanks away. What a launch!

Oh yeah Frank, you may have been asked before but I'm just curious, is that Mike Mitchell's 85 on your avatar??
I'm with Corvette Kid in that I too remember when top fuel broke into 8's and 7's and it's just awesome watching a C4 do it. There's a C5 in the high 9's down here but nuttin' like that 85. I'd love to see that one live.

My avatar is the great Keith Brownlee who's car I've shown here before. Keith died last year at Thanksgiving, so I put him as my avatar as a tribute to his great life.
Mike Mitchell's car currently has a carbureted small block with a ton of nitrous.
After some ribbing from the Vette Doctors, he said he was going to throw in his 572 big block and go 7.50, can't wait for that one.
Stay tuned, we are trying to set up a match race between Mitchell and Keith Valone(spltwindo on the forum), that should be a good match up, two big block C4's running side by side.
