had my new corsas installed to day thease babeys sound increadable money well spent the guy that installed them sed it was one of the nicest and easyest systems he has installed in 25 yrs 1.25 hrs
The guy at Meinike said the same thing about my corsa's...he said its the best quality system he has ever seen and he owns the place...took him 1.5 hours to install...
Funny, but the guy that assisted with my install said the exact same thing.. Seems to be the majority - I've yet to read a quality complaint about Corsa!!!
Thanks Corvette Kid! Anyone with corsas wanna compare the sounds they have on the site for the LT1 (camaro) and what they sound like in person (for the vette)?

No wonder I didn't remember them sounding as good as they should have...duh!
OK, so it apparently the other tip opens up when you really get on it...I assume this works with a metal flap/door that opens up with enough exhaust pressure...?
Next question: I'm not a big fan of the round tips on the corsas, so if I were to get them, I'd want to have an exhaust shop cut them off and weld up some new tips. If I replaced them all the way from the muffler, I imagine I could take out this flap and therefore have both tips functional at all times.
The question with that is, would this destroy the anti-resonance ability of the system? Or would it just make the exhaust a little louder at all times?

I have a set (just the mufflers), not installed yet and have considered doing the same thing myself. The tips don't appear to be in any way involved with operation of the muffler, I don't think that it would affect them. I had some straight thru muffs before that had large rectangular outlets that looked awesome but the resonance was just too much. But they sure looked meaner than the Corsas. I will try them as is but I, like you, don't prefer the round tips.
Is it true that the only one of the tips on each side is functional? Whats the deal with that?
Definitely not true... I've heard that the "flap" has to do with the RSCT functionality, but then again, that was just one person's opinion... If you ever want proof for yourself, put your hand super close to the "closed" pipe when you first start the car. You'll feel exhuast coming out.

Yeah, I really like the B&B tips myself; I think thats what I would try to do. I wonder if you could order just the tips from B&B?

I don't think it has a flap it has slots cut in the tubing inside the muffler, it just doesn't flow at a high rate like the "straight thru" side.
It is the only aftermarket part I have installed that totally lived up to the manufacturers claims!
