New guy, dumb question.
I live in MN. They have this lovely front lisence plate law here. 
I, for the life of me, CANNOT figure out how to get the factory filler panel on the front bumper off to put a plate on the car. I even looked in the owners manual. I'm not gonna do it until i get pulled over but i WILL get pulled over so i would like to know.

It's such a PITA, and there's no way to really know if the cops you pass will care or not. For instance, I got stopped here in CA (which is supposed to be the *worst* for front plates) for a separate violation, and the CHP officer didn't even mention my lack of front plates. Go figure...

We have a local cruise spot that is a hot spot for the cops in St. Paul called Porkys. Been around like 50 + years. They have a "zero tolerance" rule that applies to Friday and Saturday nites only. We're talkin lisence plate lights, marker lights.....anything.
