Default PCM question's

First off the '92 Vette is running good but a friend of mine works for GM and had his tech 2 scanner home for the weekend doing some work on another neighbors car. Well, we got talking and since this 92 is a recent buy, we thought we would run the tech 2 on my car and look at any code's the car may have had in it's history. Well, all that showed up was a O2 sensor that was a bit out of range and that was about it So we replaced the O2 before it went completely bad and now shows to be in range.
Now, the real question. We also ran a test on the PCM and found that out of the four PCM drivers one failed. We are at a loss what the fourth driver controls???
Next I feel at this point that I will replace it just as it could take a dump here in the near future. So that brings me to one other question...Does any one know where they sell a decently priced PCM/ECM? Anyone sell remanufactured ones?
Thanks guy's for any help someone could give me.
