could anyone tell where to find the interior color code, i need to
replace the drivers side seat belt and what is the best or easiest
way to take out the power seat?

What color is it?
Are you asking about seat removal because of the seat belt?

interior colour code should be on the sticker inside the center console, on the lid.

the seats? move them all the way forward, remove the rear bolts, move it all the way back, remove the front bolts.

pick it up, release the connectors remove the seat.

There should be a service identification label on the bottom of the console lid. There are a bunch of 3-character codes in the center part. The seat belt code will be in the last 4 or 5 codes and will be a three digit number. Black is 199. I'm not sure what the codes for other colors are but there were only 5 interior colors in '89 and they were obviously different.
