gas milage question........
can anyone tell me what they are averaging in gas milage, im just curios, my 84 did real well, bout 17-18, but my average on this 87, w/4+3 seems to avg, only 13.4 according to my dash...just wondering if im not doing so well, i have a buddy who has the same car and his always says 18.5.....ty

Mines an 87 auto-new 02, and your mileage is very close to my intown driving average. If they get better-I'd like to know how-I don't often put my foot in it-and Seattle is hilly-lots of stop and go.

I have gotten 37mpg on one highway trip but I have not seen that again.... might be because that was when I first bought it and I was ***** footing it around till I got used to it.
