Yeah, they are from a few years ago. I don't race that car anymore. I finally found the video tape and with my new DVD Express, I can now easily convert analog to digital. Not perfect, but good enough.

Depends on your equipment, you can use your audio in/video in ports or if your system as S-Video, connect it via that connection. Use video editing s/w capture the footage. I believe my daughter's PowerBook has both.

I have a device called DVD Express that allows me to hook a VCR or Video Camera through the USB> I can use S Video as well.
As far as the times, I'm sorry to say that they weren't that great that particular day, I don't know exactly what they were, but a 13.50 is about where it would have been.
The car at that time was completely stock except for muffler eliminators and the K&N with the cut lid.
