Head Bolts

I am replacing the head gaskets on my 88 coupe, L-98 Aluminum head 350. My question is do i have to replace the head bolts to? Thanks for your help.

Don't have to. You could clean them up and re-use.

But if you decide to replace, go with the ARPs. They maintain their clamping force very well and evenly as anyone who has ever removed them again can attest to. Very reasonably priced for the quality and peace of mind.

Most any company/Auto Parts store will recommend that you do it. I agree with the above about have "Piece of Mind" and just do it.

I would replace them if they are the stock ones with a decent set of ARPs. Should run you about $70.
