OZ Wheel centercaps source
Anyone know of anyone or anyplace where I can get some carbon fiber centercaps for my OZ Monte Carlos? I have looked all over the web, ebay and here and have come up w/ nothing. I know this is a shot in the dark, but you never know if someone has some laying around that they just dont need anymore. Im even willing to trade my silver ones if someone else is looking for a change.

Good luck on this. I have a set of OZ wheels I picked up off of ebay for a good price. The problem is they are YELLOW. If I had known when I bought them that OZ uses a special socket for the nuts and bolts and will not even supply torque values I would have passed on the wheels. Now I have to find 140 nuts and bolts the same size in a standard socket size. The OZ socket is 10 point and only at the dealers. If you do a google search you can find a phone number in Fla. they may be able to give you info on finding a dealer.

An older set of Fittipaldi. If you look in the thread about yellow wheels here in C4 gen, you will see pics of the wheels.
I was very suprised at the attitude in Fla when I called. Told them I already had the wheel apart and need torque specs. They said to send the wheels to them and they would put them back together...No way they would give out specs.

I have a set of OZ Monte Carlo's and I have been searching for the silver center caps because mine have a couple of cracks from over tighting. Some of the carbon fiber has chip off. If you ever find a set... see if there's two sets! I'd like a set too.

The OZ wheel folks are real secretive with things. The only place I know that even sells them is the Tire Rack. Went through the same thing on my BMW, never did find or get the center caps. Ended up buying another set of wheels for it. They have nice wheels, but their customer support could be better. For that simple reason I won't buy anymore.
