Interior Water Leak
I switched out the floor mats in my '92 convertible, and on the driver's side, I noticed the carpet was sopping wet (recent rain here in NJ), and there was no signs of water at all anywhere else inside the car. Does anyone know where the source might be?

Just a guess but there's a good chance it's the rubber seal where the upper front of the door meets the cowl area. My right side side leaks there when washing w/ high pressure.

Never seen one that didn't. Cover it in the rain.

I drive in the rain... Everytime I want to pimp with the top off and my girlfriend is in the car IT POURS!!! Do you think a higher power is trying to tell my something?
Whats really funny is we left for diner on sat night and when we left it was just getting dusk out... we eat diner and while we're eating we decide to go for a topless cruise. We walk outside the resteraunt and don't you know... NOT ONE STAR IN THE SKY!!! I tell her AHHHH lets just leave the top on, WHAT DO YA KNOW it rained on us. I can cruise this car every night of the week alone... she gets in it and BAMMMMM rain.

Not in Florida bud... we get rain drops that hit the window at 2-3" round... you WILL get wet, I garantee it.
