I got one from them for my last Vette... I sent them a copy of the build sheet and I think $25... No problems with my order or the finished product...
This time around, I'll probably get one from the NCM since I now know they offer the service..

If I'm not mistaken, that is Triple A Enterprises.....
And if it is, they're excellent. I have used them multiple times.
He even keeps a database of dealer codes so that he can make
the re-issue even more like the original...
