you are asking for width. Offset is a different measurement.

width, 9.5 all around is ok.

so is 8.5 front and 9.5 rear.

What year Vette do you have. Since you said Sawblades, I can think you have either a 91 or 92.

The width of the rim is one thing, but it is the offset that you need to worry about with aftermarket rims. I think that the rims for 88 - 96 vettes have a 56mm offset. The rims for 84 -87 have a 36 mm offset. With other people adding to this you will find out if the 56mm offset is correct.

I noticed on some websites they say it is a 53mm offset, but I think the 56mm is correct. A 3mm difference is 1/8 inch.

The rims should be 17x9.5 all the way around.

Can any body else add to this?

"98 Z06" wheels?? The Z06 wasn't introduced until 2001.

Standard C5 wheels were 8.5x17 in front and 9.5x18 in the rear. Any standard C5 wheel should fit on 88 thru 96 C4's. Z06-specific wheels were 9.5x17 in front and 10.5x18 in the rear.

I believe the offset is 56mm.

For 1993-1996 the standard wheel was 17 x 8.5 front,17 x 9.5 rear, Z51 gave you 17 x 9.5 all the way around.

mine is 1990 6sp and it had 17 x 9.5 all the way around
just fitted 4 17 x 9.5 z06 chrome to mine, they bolted straight on

Or maybe you can give me that two post lift for christmas so you don't have to worry about taking a pic like that again.
