..you can have any two cars, and the first one being your corvette... and money is no object. what is the other car?? for sentimental reasons, i would take a mint conditon 1968 pontiac gto convertible, my first car. what about you guys?? what is that second car going to be?

Too many to chose from. My head might explode. Any 4spd big block 68-72 C3 vert will do. That body style really turns my crank.

Well since we're in fantasy land I'm going to go with another sports car. I hate to use the F word here on the forum but that new Ford GT is pretty awesome. I've always loved the original GT40 but I think the new version would make a better daily driver!

The majority of cars I've owned have been American muscle. I've always liked the 89 Aston Martin vantage/volante. Refined, 400hp, and killer body lines. I know it's foreign, but those front ends look tough. Maybe one day

Enzo... A car with one thing in common with a Corvette: Everyone knows what it is, and in the back of everyone's mind... A car they all want. ; )

You mean ONLY two cars?
If so, the second car would have to be a beater pickup truck.
I ain't taking the 'Vette or a new Ford GT(40, not Mustang) on runs to Home Depot.

Right now I would take any 4X4. I don't think that F-40 Ferrari I had in mind would be very good today.

It would have to be a 69 Yenko Nova. L72 427 corvette motor. Zero to 60 in about 4 seconds. Quarter mile under 11 seconds. Only 30 made. Its performance is best summed up by Don Yenko's own statement: “a beast, almost lethal, a car that they should not have produced; as they were skirting the edge of product liability when they built this car”.

Damn, now I better pinch myself and wake up !!!
