Z51 build codes

I have an 86 4+3 coupe that I rescued from the scrap heap.
So according to MAA - because my steering wheel only goes 2 revolutions lock to lock I have a Z51 handling package. But according to the build code lists (where Z51 would code for the Z51 package - I do not have a z51 on the list - I do have something identified as Z6a - and that code is not listed on the build code list the forum mermbers put up - so what do I have?

Z6A - rear window and side mirror defrost

Double check, does the VIN on the RPO sticker match the vehicles VIN?

A rebuilt Z51 rack could have been installed. Z51 (and Z52) cars also have a secondary fan in front of the radiator and A/C condensor.

my car has:
HD brakes
HD cooling
Aux cooling fan
3.07 rear
2 1/4 turns lock to lock steering rack
bilsteins

but it is not a z51...

As far as I know the only thing I'm missing is the 9.5" wheels...
