Was it the looks, power, style, or cost that led you to buy a C4 over the others and are you happy with your C4??
When I was 15 my uncle let me drive his 85 vette and let me get on it.
I was sold, now at 29 I finally got it!
The "corvette tax" is worth it IMO(not trying to defened it), and yes the handling, power, looks, looks from other people, not too pricey, and you know your in one of the best built sports cars around, race bred. D@mn I love that car
Don't get me wrong, I like the other generations as well. I have big future plans of a big garage with a lot of different cars. Doesn't everyone?
Oh yeah! my final answer:
I guess I liked C4, because that was when I got my drivers licensce, in '91.

LLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOKKKKKKKKKSSSSSS, then value for the money.
where else can you get so much for so little. The c4 is the best bang for the buck, plenty of them out there, so I don't feel guilty changing it to suit my taste.

I have a C4 because it's paid for & I like the looks, & a true sports car feel as well. I don't like the look of the back end of a C5, but not because of it's looks. I don't want to be behind one anymore, so I'll either buy one or mod my c4.

I chose my C4 over a C5 because of cost. Don't get me wrong - I love my C4, but if not for sentimental reasons I would trade it in a minute for a comparable C5. Yeah, I think the back end of the C5 is tooooo big, but I drove a C5 and man, that's a nice ride.

I chose my C4 over a C3 for the interior space, reliability, suspension and safety features.
