HELP pulling motor & trans
1984 If i pull motor & trans together should i go ahead & get fan & radiator out of the way. need to do work on both are would i be better off to separate them & come out top & bottom ?

yes you pull the radiator and shrod. take either front wheel off. disconnect the c-beam. and motor mounts. then side the hoist in the side and pull it out. (you might need 1 or 2 more people to guide the motor. this is hard to do, you will want to be pasient.

Another reason to pull the radiator is so you can take it in and have it cleaned and pressure tested. It would be a shame to lose a 'new' engine because of a bad radiator. You also get it out of the way if you are going to clean/paint under the hood.
