Default FS: Fikse FM-5's

I had this posted a month or so ago and though I would try it again:
I have a set of Fikse FM-5 wheels made specifically for a 1996 corvette however they will fit a 1989 thru 1996 with no problems they will also fit the ZR1’s with a small spacer in the rear so that the tires will sit properly in the fenders. The fronts are 18x10 with BF Goodrich KDW’s 275-35-18 and the rears are 18x11 with BF Goodrich KDW’s 335-30-18. The rims are in good shape and have been refinished in a matte black instead of the original anodized finish. The wheels have zero road rash but do have nicks on them from tires being mounted. The tires have maybe 200 miles on them and since being refinished have seen zero weather. I just have too many rims/tires and have picked up another few sets so I really do not need these and do not want any more clutter in the garage. I purchased these wheels off of the forum last fall sometime and they were better than described. I prefer not to separate the wheels and tires. Here is the original link to the thread that I purchased the wheels from.
http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c4-p...ace-black.html

Also pictures of the rims can be seen on the cars here:
http://www.cardomain.com/id/Daniel_Mc

The wheels are registered with Fikse under my name and the VIN’s for the wheels are:

Left Front: F162A02 1996 0150 Tire Date 0309
Left Rear: F162A02 1996 0149 Tire Date 3909
Right Front: F162A02 1996 0152 Tire Date 0709
Right Rear: F162A02 1996 0151 Tire Date 3809

I do not know the offsets but they do clear the Wilwood GEN III’s on the ’89 with no problem and fit the GS perfect. If you have any questions or picture requests please do not hesitate to ask I will be happy to provide you with any information or pictures that you may need.
I have 1500 in the wheels (not including shipping) roughly 1200 in tires (not including mounting and balancing) and 400 or so in the refinish. I am not looking to make money here just pass them on to someone else that will get some use out of them. The price is 3,000.00 plus shipping negotiable if the car is included

Here are some pictures of them on the car and thanks for looking:

Very nice - not a bad price including the tires.

I have them on my 93 but with the polished centers and I have another set from my now sold 911 with the shot peened center. By far my favorite wheel

Good luck with the sale

Will

Thanks for the comments Will, I feel it is a very fair price with the tires.

The Black Widow ZR1 #5 (I think) has Fikse FM-5 wheels on it in with polished centers and it looks killer! It's a Ruby car and the wheels just set it off that much more

I offer tree fiddy. I'll send the disproportionate chick from the wing place (the one with a crush on you that wants to ride in one of your Cooooorvettes) over to pick them up.

Deal?

What a nice set of wheels. On a 90 l98 would you have to run the GS flares, or would it be flush with the stock fender?

Wow - those rims/wheels on a yellow, black or white C4 would look fantastic!
I cannot wait to get my Steel Blue Metallic 91 repainted so my polished FM5's can set it off. I think the Fikses are one of the best looking wheels out there. Seems like they cost around $1K apiece new too.
This is a deal and will absolutely "make" your C4.

Doughboy2k3,

They will stick out so I would run flares. I attached a few pictures below to give you a better idea. Please let me know if you would like any others.

corvetteronw,
You are totally right 96LT4 is putting a set of 17's on his white ZR1 (I think you know that guy ) and they are going to look KILLER! Steel Blue is an amazing color BTW and a set of polished FM5's would really set it off

Daniel

Thanks David! I am partial to AB as well. IMO there really hasn’t been a good blue since(Maybe a few close ones ). And I love the FM-5 wheels but since I am going NCRS with the GS I just do not have a use for them. It will be one of those things I'll kick myself about later but I refuse to pile the garage full of stuff again.

Daniel

Black89Z51,
Beautiful wheels. Wish I had the spare cash for them.
TY The Fikse Wheels do look good! I have always gotten compliments on them when I had them on the cars.

Daniel
