Does the headlight or fog light kit have ballasts or are these just bulbs?

Just installed the #3 kit for interior. Wow, really wakes up the inside lighting, especially the optional rear view mirror and console light. Well worth the money. 
Will send a pm, have one bulb that is DOA, need replacement.

Which type of Lens?
Not knowing much about HID lights but wanting to make my head lights brighter ('92); I'm curious to know what are the benefits of each of the available lenses? If I convert to HID headlights, will I need to increase fuse size?

Got the foglight kit for Xmas. Looks like high quality components, unfortunately I won't be able to install until spring!
