I have someone in Indiana that wants them, but if he changes his mind, you have seconds.

Also, these are spacers, not adapters. Adapters change the bolt pattern say from 5X112 to 5X100, spacers maintain the original bolt pattern they just move the wheels farther from the hub. In this case...1 inch.

Spacers do not have the studs and are usually universal. Adapters have studs and need to be the correct bolt pattern.

NOT ANYWHERE NEAR CORRECT - Spacers depending upon the type, may have studs, may NOT have studs, could be universal to an extent but usually aren't, may be hub centric, may not be.

An adapter is always a change from something to something else, when using the term in the automotive wheel conversations it is usually a change in the stud size, wheel bolt circle, number of fasteners used and there are both hub centric of these as well as not.

The only thing the OP didn't mention is if these are hub-centric and to some that is important. Is it necessary? NO. Are C4 wheels hub-centric? NO.
