Help with value - Accel / Lingenfelter Complete TPI System

A buddy found this in his garage. NOS (new in the box) Accel / Lingenfelter complete TPI system for C4 Corvettes.

From what he heard, the system is no longer available. Any idea on a value?

Look how far the center bolts are spread apart.

The base is for an LT1.

Does look strange... But looks like a hole for a distributor.

There's also place to mount a thermostat, they both are unused. The distributor gets blocked off. No coolant runs through the thermostat opening since there is no coolant passage in the head.
