I believe it does, I will have to figure out how to test it. I briefly put some power to it and I heard the motor turn. I am not sure which leads to put power and ground to but if you know I will be happy to test it further.
LEt me know about the antenna also could you sell the lumbar switch from the pas side with bezel??
