Hello,
I am making a wall art tribute to my wife's old 88 vette we used to own and am looking for the following parts

1) Backup lights
2) Black trim that splits the rear bumper. Both sides but just the pieces that crosses the back.
3) CORVETTE script on the back.

Cheap is good, new old stock not necessary! LOL! Just items that look presentable.

I have the reverse light lenses and if you want, I have the taillight lenses as well. These were from my 85 before I did the updated bumper conversion on it. PM sent

I have the rear fascia in bright red just like my brides 88. It was stripped of all the trim and lights.
The craigs list guy who sold me the fascia or bumper cover promised to get back to me with the rest and did not. I waited a week and decided to post here looking for the needed items.
I have:
1) Fascia or bumper cover
2) Tail lights in the mail
3) Backup lights in the mail
4) Her original License Plates in the garage

I would still like to get:
1) the black trim that splits the bumper cover
2) the corvette letters.

what black splitting element are you refering to ?
can you show me on an exploded view ? I have all parts already disassembled from rear end of a 86 coupe.

Hi amy_fl;
Here is a view I shamelessly stole from the internet.
See the part labeled "Rear Bumper Center Molding" There are two of them, one on either side of the license plate.
I am not interested in the side molding pieces. They should be black.
Let me know via PM how much shipped to 98208.

ok ! now I see. you need the mouldings.
some of the bolts may be frozen and I will remove gently but no warranty all the studs will be alive. some may snap.
I will calculate shipping. you also buying the lettering shown on pic ? (this is from a 89 convertible)

Hi Amy,
Sorry for the confusion,

The two center moldings and the CORVETTE script are of interest.
My budget is tight so let me know what you want for the parts before you spend a lot of time fiddling!

I understand a stud or two could break on removal on the molding.
