Default Bose Radio for 92

I have a 92 that has what I believe is a wrong is a wrong radio. The one I have works ok but it has a gray back round not a black. If you have a good working radio correct for a 92 let me know. Thanks!

94 to 96 are going to have different backlighting. I'd have to look, but I believe the 92 had orange lit buttons, and 94 to 96 were white. I have mine from a 94, the CD player usually doesn't work...I'll sell it to you for 100 shipped. It is the delco bose gold series, am FM cassette and cd.

Default Radio from a '93???

I have a Bose CD Radio from my '93 vert. When I bought the car it was in a box, and a JVC was in the dash, so I don't know if it works and what's wrong with it if it doesn't work. I'll sell it for $40 shipped. If you want the speakers, I'll include them for another $20. They also were not installed in the car when I bought it.

Maybe you can just swap the face plate onto your radio?

Thanks but mine is a non-Bose car. I may just go to a aftermarket radio. The car is in for paint so I'll have 3 months to wait.

Contact Dr. Don. He restored by 92 and added an aux input cable so I can plug in XM radio. Have the XM installed in the center console so it is hidden and everything looks stock and sounds sooooo good!
