My 17x11 ZR1 rims are here, thanks to Nick C. and Tim (Caboboy). No, they're not from D. Reed. Now I'm trying to find some rubber for them ! ! ! ! :yesnod: Tirerack.com has the "Kumhos" I want but they're on back order from Japan, opps, I meant Korea. :( If anyone knows of another source, or has some for sale, let me know. I'd prefer new, but will settle for near new . . . . . . . :cheers:

First - Kumho's are from Korea, not Japan.

Second - try Vilven Tire (Royal, Illinois) at 888-775-8646

third the yokohama a032r is available in your size & will last longer but not offer quite the traction of a victoracer, it's close though.
fourth discount tire is a kuhmo distributor and also a national tire chain. i'm guessing some of there stores have them in stock.

Hope you like the rims. I have a source here locally that I get my hoosiers/kumhos through. Though I have no idea if he has the same backorder problem.

Tirerack is not the only place to get them. Go to http://www.kumhotireusa.com. Try contacting kumho directly, or get in touch with some of their dealers/distributers.

If you can't find any Kumhos, I can certainly give him a call. Don't know if he ships though (He's a local autocrosser with a shop that sells them new, and sets up a large percentage of the local sacramento area guys).
