These have a tall intake port so 1204 gasket wont cover it.

An AFR head w/comparable #s is going to be 2k plus

Erson 1.55" spring kit,130 seat good for HR, .600 lift
Comes w/ stainless 2.02 1.6 valves seals keepers studs, etc $400 plus ship
Paid plenty more

Really dont feel like putting them together as someone may want a different spring setup.
