Default Guys at last code 42 is gone!!

I changed the esc module and normally when it is very cold it doesn't start after three times and it idled like sh*t. Now today i recieved the esc module and went to change it and the car stood in the garage for a month and i tought that it would take a bit to start but no it started excatly right after i cranked it and idled perfectly! So to those who have code 42 please try the esc module before going to a dealership.

Thanks to all those who helped me!

P.S I had this problem since we bought the vette (1 1/2 years) so you can imagine how i'm feeling!

Yeah, I thought the 'esc' could only be found in the upper left corner of your keyboard...DOH

The est module is a small box which controls spark timing.

Some people refer to it as ESC module. Electronic Spark Control.
