96 C4 transmission question

96 C4 transmission question
Hello, I am looking at a 96 LT4 6speed and I hear a noise coming from the trans. when the car is idling in neutral and the clutch is engaged. If you push the clutch in the noise stops. Throw out bearing or imput shaft bearing??? This is a nice car that I am thinking about buying, it has 47,000 miles on it. Any help would be most appreciated.

The only vette ive had with a 6 speed did this as well as every 6 speed F-body i have ever owned/driven, it is the throwout bearing and as far as i know even a new one will make a little noise, just the nature of the beast
