Default Help W/ D-1 Bracket

I have been having some flex w/ my D-1 procharger w/ stock ATI aluminum bracket . The blower moves so much that it throws the belt! I have a 8 rib and run close to 20 lbs. The kit was for a tpi systeme, and before I spend time redoing the brackets just thought I'd see if anyone found a simple fix,(it throws the belt at high RPM )to sto pblower movement.

I don't believe you can flex the 1/2 thick aluminum. It is fairly strong piece. I think your bolts are not tight enough, to tight can strip the thread, Because of vibration it got loose, when it got loose, you will riun the belt. That is happened to me once. From time to time you should check for belt tension, if it get kinda loose, than your blower bolt to the bracket are getting loosing up, need to retighten it. My old blower setup is a D1SC cogged drive 383LT1 pushing 14.2psi @4600rpm. Never got a chance to push it to 6200rpm to bad there.
I did not have any flex problem. Brand X run 19psi on his 396LT4, and I don't remember he has any flexing problem either
