Drawing on the D1SC bracket ( L98 )
/Svante.
If you want to have one made, you can make the template yourself out of plywood or MDF. With a little trial and error, get it exactly like you want then take it to a machine shop and have them duplicate it on a piece of 1/2 or whatever aluminum. It can be done, and more than likely you can design a better setup than ATI did in the first place.
Up to you really. I would also make sure before you go through all the trouble that the head unit that you have WILL in fact work on an L98.

I made mine by myself out of 1/2" aluminum and got a pretty good case of tennis elbow as it is not the easiest thing to do (at least it wasn't for me) to push that saber saw through that thick aluminum. If one is available from Procharger I wouldn't even think twice about ordering it.. if you don't you'll be messing around with tensioners and spacers forever in making your own set up.
To start out using a paper template and get some clear 1/4 thick clear plastic or plexiglass to cut. The 1/2'' alumimun is cost about $42 for 12x12" alumimun plate.
ps. and a buffer or polisher to make the alumimun look nice. The alumimun come in in dull finish.
