Default Frustrated

Has anyone had a problem adjusting there rear suspension with the longer bolts for their spring? Before I lowered the car the driver side sat an 1" lower than the passenger. After I swapped the bolts and swapped the rubber bolt bushings for polyurethane bushings the closest I can get it is still a 1/2" lower on the driver side. The only way I can get this measurement is with the driver side nut screwed all the way up and the passenger side nut let all the way out. I have posted this question before and someone said the spring may be weak on the driver side so I took the rear spring off and turned it around so the side that was on the driver side is now on the passenger side but I still get the same measurement. I not complaining about the half inch difference but the fact that I have to screw the driver side nut all the way up to get it close to the passenger side. I thought that it may be just the body because I was measuring from the fender but the measurement is the same from the frame. I also made sure the the tire pressure was right. My passenger side nut is let out to where there is only about 7 threads from the nut to the bottom of the bolt and if I hit a bump with only the passenger side wheels it squeeks loud. Every time I have made an adjustment I drive the car to settle the spring and the road I live on has plenty of bumps. Does anyone have any other ideas or is there something I am not doing right?

HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

It's a known problem.

And it really isn't one... it's just manufacturing variances.
