They are too long. EM does not put spacers on the mounting holes like some companies do. This is nice because it allows you to use conventional headers bolts like ARP or Stage8, but it also creates problems if you want to reuse your accessory support rods. I just went without them but when the A/C kicks on (which I do not have connected anymore either) there is a vibration. Some people use washers, others make stand-offs, but the bottom line is you'll need to make a choice.
