First off let me apologize if this is a repeat posting. The search function always seems to fail me.
A friend of mine has an 85 Corvette and he's looking to get some new wheels for it. He would love to get the Z06 rims but realizes that bolt patterns are different. Are there any adaptors, and what sort of selection of wheels is he looking at. He'd like something from a newer Vette (Zr1 rims, Z06, etc). Any thoughts?
Check ebay ... There are some after market companies that sell zr1 or z06 wheels to fit the required offset and size... You may have to goto a 17" wheel though ... that should not be a problem...

You need to know offset AND width. Each measurement by itself is meaningless.
After you know those, go here and type it in. Or you can pick some GM wheels from the menu. The common 17x9.5-56mm wheel isn't listed for some reason though.
